Halloween Pics

I only had my phone for pictures on Halloween, and didn't even have that on me most of the time.  Big miss on an opportunity for cuteness, so I decided to recreate the night at least for our little monkey's first Halloween before I put the monkey suit away.  Then I stole some pictures from Mary's blog and put a few of those on here too so I didn't leave our little turtle out.  :)

I guess this monkey suit isn't so bad mom

Levi looks pretty over it.  Dressing up and getting no candy for it?  Or worse, MOM eating the candy that YOU dressed up for?  :)

JACKY-o-LANTERNs

Owen had his first experience with pumpkin carving this year.  He thought getting the insides out was 'pretty yucky '.  But he did think the end product his 'JACKY-o-LANTERN' was pretty cool!

Last weekend we went up to Quincy to check out the family medicine position and check out the area.  Unfortunately we only got the camera out once, but it was a beautiful fall weekend and Owen of course loved throwing rocks in the river.  :)

What are you doin' dad?

He had to get his own spoon to get the insides out

They were both proud of their final product.  Owen's hair...I think it might be time for another hair cut.  :)

'That's a silly Jacky-o-lantern mom!'

The Pumpkin Patch

We went to the pumpkin patch a couple weekends ago!  Owen still asks if we can go again.  It had a train and ice cream AND pumpkins so he was pretty much in heaven.

I'm holding on to this pumpkin...

...and I'm not letting go

I love how I thought I'd get the perfect picture of them out at the pumpkin patch.  This is as good as it gets!  ha!

Our happy little man

And our goof ball

There were a couple pumpkins to choose from

Pumpkins as far as the eye could see--and Owen wanted to bring them all home

Ice cream time!

Mr. Levi loved the pumpkin patch too!
