Going to the Cabin...

As we drove to Butte Meadows last weekend Owen sang "going to the cabin going to the cabin going to the cabin we are going to see CAL!" over and over again.  For two hours.

We met up with the La Marr family last weekend for some Butte Meadows time.  We had a lot of fun together playing sports, playing in the creek, fishing and hanging out!  So fun!

Road To Hana

I had so many pictures from out "road to Hana" trip that I had to do it as a separate posting.  The Road to Hana was not my favorite part of the vacation...but I did it!  :)  There were a lot of very pretty things to see along the way--it just makes for a long day.  :)

Joey and I just got back from a week away to celebrate the end of residency and our five year anniversary!  We left the kids with my mom and dad and went to Maui!  :)  It was everything we could have hoped for in a relaxing vacation!

Our friends planned a trip to Maui that overlapped with ours and we didn't even know it.  What better people to celebrate residency ending than with someone else who is celebrating residency ending!

This is my first stand up paddle boarding day.  I got WAY better by the last day.  :)

Our mornings started with stand up paddle boarding, then we got the snorkel gear, then we got the boogie boards.  In between those we would read on the beach.  It was pretty nice!
