Running with the Bears Weekend!

We had so much fun having Luke and Eric's families up to Quincy for the Running with the Bear's weekend!  Eric and Joey both got first place in their age bracket for the 10K, Joey got 3rd place overall!  He didn't do a single training run.  I did the half marathon with friends of mine from Quincy.  Before and after the race we spent a lot of time in the creek behind our house.
