Our little man turned seven today!! We have had a daily countdown since Owen's birthday--so the last three months we have have been patiently waiting for this day--and here it finally is!!
We started the day watching his video compiled by his friends and family. He totally loved it! It was our first "corona" birthday and it was super fun to connect with family and friends through the video!
After the video we had a Levi breakfast of waffles and whipped cream. Then after Joey left, the kids broke me down and we opened ALL of Levi's presents. After waiting 90+ days for this day we just couldn't wait anymore. And he got outdoor gifts so it was fun to open them! We did a water baloon fight, squirt gun fight, played on the slackline and played his new frisbie game. Owen made Levi's birthday cake! He made it from start to finish as one of Levi's presents. Ever since his own birthday he is quite the master of the Red Velvet Cake! :) He worked really hard on Levi's and it turned out awesome! He frosted it and added crumbs as a decoration. We also made two other cakes and cupcakes for good measure. Such a fun day--even if it was a "rona-birthday"!
