Pizza Night!

Last Friday we had pizza night.  Hopefully this will be a new tradition on most Fridays.  We even made our own dough!  In the hour+ we waited for it to rise Owen asked me when is it ready about 300 times.  He was SUPER excited to punch it down and get to use the rolling pin.  They did a great job and we didn't even make too big of a mess.  AND--Joey said it was one of the best homemade pizzas he has ever had.  He ate it after a 13 hour work day so he might have been a little hungry...but still!  I thought it was good too!

In other news--look who signed up for Kindergarten next year!  Class of 2029!!

We also had 11 adults and 10 kids over for dinner Thursday night.  Joey made kimchi and our priest marinated three different kinds of meats.  The dinner was soooo good and it was fun to have an impromptu party!  :)

Joey went to a Kimchi making class at the Co-op two weeks ago so he decided to make some for us.  :)

We had Father Steve over for dinner the day after Joey's class so he stayed around to help us make it.  :)
